IT HAS BEEN RAINING, RAINING AND RAINING IN PORTLAND, OREGON! THAT IS WHAT WE GET FOR SUCH A MILD WINTER. I HAVE GOOGLED DIRECTIONS ON HOW TO BEGIN BUILDING AN ARK! IN BETWEEN BURSTS OF RAIN [DID I MENTION DOWNPOURS?]-I GOT TO A FEW ESTATE SALES AND ALTHOUGH I DID NOT BRING HOME BUNCHES OF GOODIES-I MANAGED TO FIND A FEW TREASURES TO SHARE. I HAD TRANSFERWARE KARMA -WITH A LITTLE IRONSTONE THROWN IN.

I HEAR you "Sister!" I went to Farm Chicks this weekend and some of the (local) folks in Spokane were complaining,,,,,and saying, "Well yeah, but YOU are used to it,,not US."
Oh my Stars,,,,weeks and weeks of torrential rains isn't even normal for us "Coasters!" We DID get ONE DAY of reprieve in Spokane,,,but heard it was Sunny in Washington (Ore?) too. So much for escaping the deluge!!!
Came home with a TON of goodies and decided they won't go into the Studio in my old basement until it's painted...ugh! Big Job,,20 some years in the making (used to be my kids playroom),,,,,,Trying to get ready for Karen Valentines "Where Blogger's Create" Event...no better time than NOW!!!
